We are a California mortgage broker. We do not lend our own funds; we help you find and apply for financing from wholesale lenders.

- Loan application information you provide when you apply — such as income, employment, assets, liabilities, Social Security number, credit history, and property details.

How we use your information

- To evaluate your loan scenario, prepare and submit your loan application, and keep you informed of its status.

How we share your information
We will not share your financial or personal information with third-party lenders, affiliates, or marketing partners for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Because we are a mortgage broker, some sharing is required to provide the service you ask for. We share information only as follows:
- With the lender you authorize. When you apply for a loan and authorize us to submit it, we share the information needed to underwrite and close that loan with the wholesale lender handling your application. We do not share your information with any other lender for marketing, and we do not sell or rent leads.
- With service providers who help us originate and close your loan or operate our business — such as credit reporting agencies, appraisers, title and escrow companies, loan origination and document platforms, and customer service support — under confidentiality obligations and only for those purposes.
- As required by law — to regulators, in response to legal process, or to prevent fraud.
Text messaging (SMS) privacy
We do not sell your personal data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

How we protect your information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal and financial information, consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Safeguards Rule. Loan documents are collected through a secure, encrypted borrower portal. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as your Social Security number by regular email or text message.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements for mortgage brokers, then securely dispose of it.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Information collected in connection with a loan application is also governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the California Financial Information Privacy Act, and some CCPA rights may not apply to it.
